Steps
- Go to 'Page Layout' Tab. In 'Page Background' choose either Watermark to add a note in the background of the work, Page Colour to select a colour for the page, or Page Border to choose a border that will surround the page.
- Still in 'Page Layout' in 'Page Setup' click 'Orientation' and choose either Potrait or Landscape.
- Click 'Insert' Tab. In 'Header and Footer' click 'Page Number'.
- Under 'Illustrations' click 'Shapes'.
- Under 'Text' click 'Word Art'.
Challenges
- Making one page a different orientation from the others.
- Labeling one page a letter, while another a number.
Solution
I Googled 'how to change the orientation of one page in word'. Then I asked a classmate how to number pages differently.
New Discoveries & Benefits
I am now able to create a Watermark and change the colour of a page.
Results
I will design lesson plans to look more appealing to the eyes, as well as display information in different ways.
