Week 5 Google Drive Form

Tasks

• Create a Google Form
• Add Title 
• Add description
• Add picture to quiz
• Send quiz to a classmate
• Create an answer key

Steps

1. Go on Google Drive. Click 'My Drive'.
2. Options are listed. Click 'Google Forms'.

3. Add Title and Description.

4. Type Question.

5. Choose form of answer at the side of question (multiple choice, short answer, paragraph, check box).

6. Add picture or video from the options at the side of the form of answer.

7. At the top of the screen, click the palette.

8. Options of colours or a picture will appear. This will be the theme of your quiz.

9. At the top of the screen click 'Send', in order to send to classmates.

10. In order to see answers, click Responses.

11. If time has run out turn off 'Accepting Responses'.

12. Repeat step 1.

13. In the options listed, click 'Google Docs'.

14. Create Answer Key.

15. Click Share, in order to send to classmates.

I learnt how to create a customized electronic quiz, set a time limit and create an electronic answer key all in Google Drive.

Results

I will use the information learnt to make customized quizzes and take home assignments for students.
