New Discoveries and Benefits
I learnt about the ASSURE model and how the planning for an appropriate learning environment from teachers have changed over the years. This program helps to create efficiency in both learning and teaching.
Results
Now that i have a better understanding of how to make learning more efficient; I can cater to all types of learners and the degree of learning to help them to reach an attainable goal.

Find out what are the ABCD's of learning objectives.
Learn Bloom's Taxonomy of learning.
Steps
1.Note talking and discussions in class, in order to identify learning objectives.
a. ABCD's of learning objectives
A-Audience (students)
B-Behavioural (verbs)
C- Conditions (under what circumstance)
D- Degree (how well a task is completed, at what level. how many, how much)
b. Bloom's taxonomy of learning
K= Knowledge = Cognitive
S= Skills = Psychomotor
A= Attitude = Affective
There is a higher order of thinking and a lower order of thinking.
Challenges
Grasping the different concepts and theories and then forming each into an objective.
Solutions
Look back on notes and use key words given in class, in order to form objectives.
New Discoveries and Benefits
I learnt that many influences and words are used to express the different types of learning or activities that have to take place. Also, some objectives deal with different levels of thinking.
Results
I am now able to efficiently create objectives that test the student's level of thinking and progress, while giving specific instructions on what is desired.
